Pyramid SVR-200 VHF Programming Help

Pyramid SVR-200 VHF Programming Help

Hello all. I finally got a SVR-200 that works and i build the cable on the batlabs site for programming. The trouble i am having is i get a litlle pop up the says "SVR-200 TimeOut!" when i try and read the unit. I get the same error if the rib is powered on or off. I am useing a after market rib box and the cable from the batlabs. The computer is running windows Xp and the programminmg software is version 4.0.11. Anybody have any ideas.

I've only had luck programming these on a computer with a native serial port, not a USB dongle. What do you have for a serial port?

Have you considered trying the DOS version and going that route?

Hello the computer i am using has a standard serial port. I looked for the dos version of the software but could not find it, does anyone have it they could send me or a link to it.
