Astro Spectra W9 CPS question/help

Hi, learning to manipulate this software, I have read the radio. All the the trunking frequencies are in that I want, now I would like to add new zones and talkgroups and delete the old talkgroups. Whan I attemp to add or change the talkgroup in a zone the talkgroup field displays a pair of glasses and is "view only". how do I add/ change talkgroups? what am I doing wrong?..any help ..thanks Dave

First of all I only posted my question twice due to the email I got saying my post wasn't approved because it was in the wrong forum and at the same time got one that said it was approved, didn't mean to upset the apple cart.

You do have the system key(s) for the system that the talkgroups reside in......right? No key makes it view only.

Are you authorized to be on the system you are attempting to use?
