In bad need of help on cm300

I am trying to use a cm300 in a rick 440 repeater my trouble is i don;t have a pin out of the 16 pin acc on back also cannot read radio tryed 05.06-05.07 and 06 something think it"s prof.
the 05.07 reads pm400-pr400 fine is the software to old if so is it possible to obtain a newer version
somewhere

Yeah, you can obtain a newer version from Motorola, (800) 422-4210. I know you weren't asking for it here...

Latest version is CPS 5.16 and you can purchase it direct from motorola at http://businessonline.motorola.com

You shouldn't need the pinout on the back of the radio, just use the drop down box that says acessory package and select if the radio is going to be used as tx or rx and it will do the rest and assign the pins accordingly
