I see the change didn't speed it up any. Thanks for the heads-up, I had forgotten.

Make sure you haven't blocked cookies from motorolasolutions; that will prevent you from logging in. Unfortunately it got me.

On a positive note, my Firefox will work on the site now. Before only IE would function with the site.

Same here, have been using FF for years. It does not work for certain functions, like submitting APB orders, seeing exploded views, submitting MOL repairs etc, but basic functionality for placing standard orders, searching parts, browsing the catalog etc work fine.

Gotcha, sorry about that...... I usually only submit orders, MOL repairs and check on warranty information.

One of my guys couldn't get his new account to work on MOL. Turns out that he had Internet Explorer 9 on Win 7 Enterprise OS. Motorola suggested he uninstall 9 and put 8 on, works fine now.
