Does anybody know why I couldn't program the option to switch zones using the P2 button? I know how to do it, it has been a while though. Is this not available in this cps or did I forget to do something>

More info would help. Did it just not work or did it throw you an error message? If you got an error message, what was it?

Have you programmed this specific radio with this version of the CPS previously? I ask because you have a VERY old version there. Current is R06.12.08. If the radio has been programmed with a newer version, your version won't work on it.

Does this HT have a display screen?

It does have a screen, and it programs fine. I just can't find the zone to p2 anywhere. I've went into the front conventional buttons but I don't see anything that would allow it to switch zones. The radio previously switched zones but now I have to hit the menu button to get into the menu, goto zone and then cycle through the personality's.

On my ver (R06.12.05 have not upgraded to R06.12.08) "Zone" is listed for all front buttons drop down menu.
