Help with RX only setup!

Help with RX only setup!

Is there anyone who can help get my Xts 5000 to scan the OCFA Dispatch talkgroups on the local CCCS system??? I want this radio setup as RX ONLY! I just got the most recent version of CPS from Motorola. Heres the local CCCS info: http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=201 I do not intend to listen in on encrypted law enforcement just the analog OC Fire departments.
