CP200 Programming Template?

Does anyone know of or have a CP200 Programming template/spreadsheet?

Escomm can re-program mine for me, and it would be easier if I had a template to fill out with the settings to,send with the radio. Frequency and PL are easier to jot down, but I don't know all of the other global and personality options. Specifically, I want to set up the side buttons for QC-2 page and mute. Not sure what can be programmed with long and short hold on side buttons. I also wanted to know the QC-2 settings. If they are the same as my XTS, I can go from there.

I suppose that I could buy the CPS and do it myself, but I hate to spend more than the radio's worth for that.

Anyway, any template or spreadsheet with CP200 programming options would be helpful.
