HT750 Low Battery Alert

Post by meech »

I have a HT750. Im simply getting low battery alerts on charged new batteries and on my power supply at 7.5 volts when I transmit.I have to take the power supply up to 10 volts in order for the radio to transmit with no battery alert tone. The radio is only drawing roughly 1.5 amps on transmit. Any suggestions.

High resistance connection between the battery contact and where the voltage is being sensed internally?

What version firmware? There were issues with premature low battery alert on very early version firmware.

Thanks! The fuse had a resistance build up. Replaced and works fine.
