CDM 1250 VHF Low Band 42-50 Mhz

Where do you move the band limits in the code plug to go up from 42 Mhz to 54 Mhz instead of stopping at 50 Mhz?

there are two ways to go oob on the pro series
the first can be found in the ht1250 220 mhz mod thread at the top of this page
however some docs that are needed are no longer available
the second can be found at p25.ca and is much easier to do
