XTL5000 Keys up when powered on

XTL5000 Keys up when powered on

I have 2 XTL5000 on Illinois Starcom System, I was trying to setup for use with Consolete when that failed I went to put the radio back as a mobile config in the center. Now as soon as I power it up the radio will have a open key. This happens with both radios with and without the desk mic attached.

I have hooked it up to different power supplies, only ignition source and still having the same problem.

The radio may be set up for emergency. If so, you will need to ground the emergency pin on the accessory connector to keep the radio from keying up when power is applied.
