APX Scaning

Hello Folks,

I am trying to program an APX 7K to follow our older XTS series radios. The three position A-B-C switch is normally set up as "A" scan mode, "B" no scan (blank), and "C" scan program.

I've found that in "A" set up as scan, radio operates great. As soon as I put it in "B" programmed as either blank or unprogrammed in the CPS, I get no audio but the busy LED indicates. I do not get any audio if I disable the PL either, so it's not a PL issue.

Any thoughts why this is not working?
