Add Channels to CP200

I have a 4 channel CP200 (H50RDC9AA1AN). How can I increase it to a 16 channel ?

Hack the codeplug and install a new channel select switch..

Hacking is possible, even though it's all greek to me, but, replacing the channel switch,
not this guy !! 4 Channels is enough for anyone !!
