Spectra discriminator pin

Is it right that to connect a discriminator output on a Spectra to use pin11 for audio - and pin 8 as ground ?

Yes, but it is right off the OP Amp and you need to decouple the DC with a capacitor.

I dont know how to put on a capacitor...

The capacitor goes in series with the disc. tap point connection. It should be at least a 1.0 uf capacitor or larger.
