XTL5000 remote to dash

can't seem to find the answer. everybody seems to wonder how to do the opposite (dash to remote). Anyways, looking for whats needed to convert an 05 remote 5000 to a dash mount. Part numbers would be great also. thanks

You need a headbridge and a flex, nothing else needed

I took the over on the eagles/saints game, Bovada put it at 55
