Hardware change and then you have to use the "not to be mentioned here" software, regular CPS won't work.

And an alignment would be recommended.
Kilgore: Smell that? You smell that?
Lance: What?
Kilgore: Napalm, son. Nothing in the world smells like that.
Kilgore: I love the smell of napalm in the morning. You know, one time we had a hill bombed, for 12 hours. When it was all over, I walked up. We didn't find one of 'em, not one stinkin' dink body. The smell, you know that gasoline smell, the whole hill. Smelled like... victory. Someday this war's gonna end...

Right, always good to perform an alignment every year anyway.

I've been randomly selecting new radios as we get them in and checking the alignment, I can't believe some of this stuff leaves the factory like we have received it....

A few years back, we had purchased an HPD system, had loads of problems getting it running, as it turns out, when mother M showed up, they told us that even though the equipment was new, we should be aligning everything that comes out of a box? WTFO??????

My analogy was..... when we buy new cars, should we get those aligned and tuned before we use them? They looked at me like I had 3 eyes..............

Yep, we've even had several radios come straight from the factory with dead PAs but fortunately, they're few and far between.

SRN1322 "...It is advisable that this adjustment be checked when the product is placed in service and annually thereafter..."

So, yeah. Apparently.
I didn't believe it either, but there it is.
