Hi everyone
Is there a simple way to get 1 standard gm338 mic to ptt and send same audio to 1 vhf and 1 uhf gm338 at the sametime?

Yes, pretty easily. Just use some 8-pin phone jack boxes to parallel all needed lines. Both radios will be supplying bias voltage on the mic+, so simply block DC voltage with a 1uf capacitor on the line to one of the radios. Done it a few times with no issues.
No trees were harmed in the posting of this message...however an extraordinarily large number of electrons were horribly inconvenienced.
