MTS2000 12.5 spacing compatible with DVP ?

MTS2000 12.5 spacing compatible with DVP ?

Tried setting up some DVP-XL equipped MTS2000's with 12.5 spaced channels and when the 2.5 KHz Tx Dev is selected the 'Secure/Clear Strapping'
menu goes dark not allowing selection. When Tx deviation is changed back to 5.0 the Secure/Clear Strapping re-appears. Any workaroound ?
(radios are 2002 vintage 6.81 F/W).

No...analog securenet is wideband only.
