GM950: channel change by accessory connector

Post by iz1lat »

Hi to all,
It's possible change channel (es. from channel 1 to channel 2) by a command on accessory connector?
When the command ending, it's possible return at the previous channel?

Thanks for any possible reply.

Some of the GM series radios have what is called 'Channel Steering' option.

A logic level on up to four pins on the accessory connector changes the 'channel'. Binary coded.

This is the Batlabs page for the acc. connector pinout.

If the radio supports channel steering you should be able to look in the accessory connector settings in the programming software and see an option for it on some of the Digital I/O or Digital I/P pins.
