Will a Mitrek rotary knob head work with a Maratrac radio? Will a Mitrek control cable work with a Maratrac?

A Mitrek control head will not work with a Maratrac, but a Mitrek control cable will work with a clamshell A2/A3 head. This was one of the original selling points when the Maratrac/M400 radio first came out in the late 80's-early 90's.
