analog spectra HHCH

Post by Batman »

i have a rather dumb question for a rather old piece of equipment. i have a analog dash mount 45w spectra. what do i need to convert it from a dash mount to a HHCH?

is there a special faceplate like the remote mount package uses? can the analog spectra utilize the Astro Spectra HHCH?

sorry for what might be a dumb question to most of you.

i have just dug out my old analog spectras and have rekindled my addiction for vintage motorolas

i am looking to possibly install my spectra in a 2014 rogue sv which is rather cramped for space and also must be low profile for wife appeal so a dash mount or even a remote head unit wouldn't pass muster for this particular install.

also is there such a thing as a glass mount 70cm only mobile antenna? all the ones i have located were either 450-470 or 2m/70cm dual band.

i'm looking to basically go low profile.
Thank You,

Robert

An A3 and W3 head are not interchangeable. To convert a a4/5/7/9 you would need the a3 mlm and interface along with the head obviously. I have all that actually if your interested pm me
