Have a problem with 2600b when it goes in to tracking a second later it will black out go back to monitor any help is appreciated.

I would start by pulling the boards and looking for leaky SMT electrolytic capacitors.
There is a million screws and the card guides can be pretty stiff as well.
It basically amounts to a complete tear down of the unit and inspection.
It will take time and look closely.
If you have a capacitance meter than it may be worth checking that way as well.
Most of the boards have 25uf 16v IIRC

Capacitor cancer is quite common in the 2600s. There are two 33uF 25V caps on the receiver board that are known to leak. If not caught in time, the electrolyte can destroy PCB traces, making repair very difficult, if not impossible.
