motorola syntor x9000 programming question

Post by ex91gsp »

I have an ex state patrol car that had the syntor x9000 and the Motorola siren in it. My question is can it be programmed to used the siren and receive on the original freq's but not transmit if a child or person presses the ptt button. I do have permission from the state patrol commissioner to restore the car and use for shows or parades.
