HT1000 convertacom problems

I have a complete convertacom for an ht1000 when i put the radio in the led light just flashes red to green. the radio trnsmits when in the cradle but the amplified speaker doesnt work when recieving. Any help would be greatly appreciated.... Thank You

the light turning from red to green it maybe because of a full battery. Your audio should be there if there is power on the ignition wire (yellow) and power on the (hkn4137 "red-black) if these are connected try using a remote mic to see if you have audio (might be flex or acc connector that is broken).

if everything is o.k., then try troubleshooting your db25 cable...

do you know if a mts 2000 will work in your convertacom?
