microphone audio on EX600 XLS VHF

microphone audio on EX600 XLS VHF

In my community I keep getting complaints of no highs in my mic audio from my EX600 XLS VHF has any one else had a similar issue? I have replaced the mic with a brand new one and complaint sustains. :x

Do the pre-emphasis/de-emphasis settings match the other radios you're talking to?

yes and if i change them it sounds the same

the main complaint is that i dont sound like me... the thing is not everyone in the community uses motorola radios or even radios that use pre-emph/de-emph... I have played with the settings of pre-emph/de-emph and they have made no difference at all i guess...
