One of our neighboring fire departments wants to hook a Telex Headset system to a MCS 2000. Anyone have the pinout for the radio? I plan to use an isolation transformer at the audio output to avoid grounding one leg of the radio's speaker leads.
Thanks to all.

Here's the pins you should need for a headset:

4 (digital ground)
10 (analog ground)
1 (speaker+)
3 (speaker-)
23 (external mic in)
11 (flat rx out)- in case you have an amplified headset with it's own volume control.

I haven't found any difference in which ground to use, but 4 is jumpered to 9 by default, so I use 10.
