XPR7550e and flashZap and recover?

Post by arlojanis »

I have a XPR7550e and want to blank it. There is no password. Does CPS contain the Motorola FlashZap driver? What are the steps to recover and keep
original firmware version?

Use the recovery feature in CPS. Flashzap not required. But you need to have the same firmware installed and available to CPS as what's in the radio currently.
Look, it's not in my nature to be mysterious. But I can't talk about it and I can't talk about why.

Are you saying that I need to find my exact firmware on My View and load it into my CPS to make the recover?
