Default APX8500 power on volume level

Hi all, long time no posting for me. I've been out of the subscriber side of things for quite a while. I've looked through the CPS, and did a quickie search here on the board before posting...is there a setting for default power on volume level in the APX CPS, for mobiles? A customer is requesting it start at the max setting of 15 for radios in loud environments, but still have the ability to turn it down as needed, so setting the minimum volume level to 255 under Radio Profiles won't do what they need.
