Car Alarm/Pager interface

Ok, I have an offbeat question. I have a Clifford Intellipage alarm, and you program the pager module using a RIB, Motorola Service Software, and your existing POCSAG pager.

My only problem is that I cannot get ahold of Clifford's cable that runs from the pager module to the RIB. It looks like it's an RJ phone type on the RIB end, with a 10 pin connector on the pager module end. I have pics at this link:

Of course the company is of no help, since they went bankrupt and were bought out by DEI.

Does this look like an easy cable to figure out? Is there an existing cable that matches this cable already?
