Unitrol 80K PA Diagram

Post by code3media »

Anyone had experience adding a PA to the Amp unit? I am looking at adding an aftermarket Mic to the unit. I know the pins are there, and have hooked up a Fed sig mic to it with the microphone adaptor, but no idea how to direct wire. I believe it is a 3 wire system, PTT to ground, Mic In/Out. Ideas?

You can call Dunbar-Nunn/Unitrol/Federal Signal, they will fax you any info that you will need for your application, they are quite helpful.

Federal Signal bought out the Dunbar-Nunn Unitrol line a few years ago. I don't know if they're maintaining any of the legacy D-N stuff, but it's worth a try. I know they've made some changes to the TM line. You can probably find the contact info on their web page... http://www.fedsig.com

PM me if you still need assistance with the 80k. I think I can send you the diagram from a file I have.
