headliner removal-how?

How do you remove the headliner from a 2002 Ford F-150 truck (or any other vehicle)? There are no visible fasteners. The procedure must be similar for most other vehicles as well. Without the proper knowledge, I'm sure I would destroy it trying to get it down.

Remove the side moulding and Light fixture. If you have handles and clothes hangers, they will need to come down too. Should come right down.

On the F-150s you need to remove the dome light, the visors and the visor clips, the clothes hanger clips (if they don't have the screw stick a small flathead screwdriver into the slot to pop it out), pull down the rubber moulding on both doors, and use a panel popper to pop out the plastic snap in plugs near the back glass.

By now should be literally falling down! :D
