I recall finding at one time a moto web page
that listed flat rate charges for various
radio models. If anyone has this info, It'd
be greatly appreciated.

An actual Motorola page or a private company that does Motorola?

If you are referring to a private company, check http://www.delmmar.com

I've used them and the turnaround time is QUICK! On radios with intermittent problems, it's actually cheaper to send it to them rather than waste time on your bench.

I have seen that too. I believe its buried somewhere under the motorola accesspoint website.
