Does anyone know what the latest version of the MT2000 RSS is? I tried programming an MT2000 with vs. 6.0 and it said the software was too old.

True, but the latest updated DOS version comes with the Windows CPS as well, since the CPS will do MTS2000s ONLY. All other MT2000/MTX8000/838s are still DOS only.

That's odd, I used CPS once and didn't care for it (so I'm a DOS man...) and after programming my MTS with it and it causing problems, I was able to read my MTS with the 6.05 and write it with no probs.

Make sure you have 6.05.

So which was it? 6.00.00, or 6.05.00? There were several in between as well. Double check it.
