ht1000 wont transmit above...

hey guys, i got a uhf ht1000 403-470 radios it wont transmit above 455 or recieve below it operates find any ideas?? i accidently programmed it with a 450-512 split but went back in lab and put the normal bandsplit i didnt save its original. any help would be appreciated

Sounds like a VCO crossover freq. issue, raise the VCO crossover freq and you should be fine.

That was the problem the radio work fine know thanks a million more knowledge i have that i didn't before.

Chris,
I was always wondering about the VCO crosover point setting. I do not remember ever seeing any information on it. Is it in the manual for the RSS? If you have further information on that adjustment, please send it to me, I am courious.
