How large of a power supply?

How large of a power supply (in amps) do I need to run a 110 watt moble?

A 25 amp power supply will workk just fine. Although it's a little larger than what you really need, it will last longer- especially if you use the radio alot. I t still recommend a standard type supply and not a switching type. They're just more reliable in the long run.

About the power supply. Please make sure of the duty cycle.We repair a number of power supplies because most people do not look
at the duty.A 25 amp. supply is great for
the job.Rememder what is it's duty cycle?

Hi:

My experience has shown the use of a good
30 Amp ( well regulated ) power supply will
saftely protect the Radio and Power Supply
from damage.

Also, as the other person stated. Make SURE
it is NOT a intermittent duty type unit, otherwise it will probably end up in a repair shop at some point.
