Plugs for Expo Accessory and RTX-4005B jacks

Hi all...

I'd like to build a cable to interface an Expo portable to an RTX-4005B test set. Does anyone know where I can get the 12-pin plug for the RTX-4005B and/or the 6-pin plug for the Expo accessory jack?
