Dealers and two stepping.....

Post by Crimestopper »

I'm not sure if this is in the context and realms of the board. However, I in serious need of some domestic HT750 portables. Im looking for the 16 channel vhf HT750 version. Please no export stuff. The local dealers where I'm at seem to jack me on the pricing for this radio. If anyone would like to make a suggestion on a reputable dealer with great pricing that would be great. If I have stepped out of the bounds and rules of Batlabs, I apologize for this post. Please feel free to pm any info you may have.

Thanks
Steve

Try talking to wetec...

I think their website is http://www.wetec.com. I purchased my HT1550 new from them, they are good guys.

Or... try a google search for West Tenesee communications... They were rather inexpensive to deal with. I don't remember the sales person I went through, but they took good care of me. My local dealer wanted 900-1000 for the radio, when I think I paid ~700 after shipping for the 1550 from wetec.

I endorse All Comm, 5 Whitmore Road, Revere, Massachusetts. Good guys; won't try to take advantage; stand behind what they sell; extremely knowledgeable. I don't know where you are located, so I don't know whether this would be convenient for you.
