So where is the best place to break through the firewall of a 2000 Grand cheroke?

Right side in the area where the firewall meets the floorpan. I have a #4, #8, 2 twisted pairs and 4 strobe tubes through mine with no problem.

Thanks Jim I will look into that. How about running the wires with the harness on the drivers side?
