maxtrac scan list

We just changed the head on a maxtrac 100 to a maxtrac scan head.Changed the software and everything went fine with that but there are a few problems like it wont hold the hash marks next to any channel but it does pick up 3 out of 7 channels was wondering if there are ideas out there what could be wrong

If you're saying what I think you are saying, go back into setup and set the panel number to "001" instead of 000. Hope this helps.

I'm working with Frank doing the work. What we did was change out the multi channe non scan head with a scan head. During the software conversion, I added an additional channel (now has 7) Also after the radio not scanning properly, forced into it a maxtrac 300 radio, still has the channels, but only scans the channel it is on and #'s 6 & 7, even though all are selected. Also, every time you place it into scan program mode, it comes up with no channels in scan. Also will not do priority scan even though programmed to do such... Ben
