APX-7000 R06.00.01 tuner issues

Hi group,
I just upgraded (CPS-refreshed )my APX-7000 from R05.xx.xx to R06.05.05. After this, APCO-25 transmit screwed up.
A dive into the tuning software (R06.00.01) revealed that all the transmit deviation settings had gone back to zero. (!!)

And: the radio is UHF-R1 / VHF. But now the tuning window only shows VHF frequencies...
Anybody having similar trouble with the CPS tuner software?
