I have a XTS2500 VHF With Only Q53.

I need to have Q52. Anyone can guide me how to flash it?

What I need & how to do it?

Go see your Motorola dealer, discuss the Above Price Book option, provide your Federal Agency Affiliation (and the fact that it isn't a personal radio) and pay the appropriate fees for the flash upgrade and the labor to do it.
