Advice needed.

I have sorted one of my cp040 handsets and accessed the other one through a crack
Only thing is i have tried several different cps programs and they all say region not supported.
The codeplug is 09.02
Would i be right in thinking that r05.15 is compatible with all previous codeplugs and the software is just an updated version. ??
If not could someone advise which cps would cope with my issue.
