ADP programming

I am trying to clone some XTL and XTS 1500 radios. I need to know how to program the appropriate ADP key into the new radios. When I clone the radio it will go into key fail and beep at me. I can then go in and add the correct ADP key and program the radio. The key fail tone goes away but the radio does not seem to have the correct key. All I hear in what sound s like C3PO speaking ! What really bugs me is that I was succesfull with the first batch of radios but now I cannot do it. Thanks Phil.

Forgot the proper key ! Doh ! I remembered it. All set .
