CDM1250 EEPRM HW ERROR

Hey folks,
I have been blessed with a CDM1250 that will power up but display EEPRM HW ERROR. I have Pro CPS R06.12.05 used to try possible fix although when I try to READ or WRITE to radio it tells me SIZE OF RNA REGION MUST BE AT LEAST 3 BYTES. I've tried writing same model/tanapa codeplug only to receive same error . What else does it take to fix? I'm happy knowing at least this one powers up, another 1250 I have dont even turn on
