XTS3000 Wont Read

I have an XTS3000 UHF Model 3
R07.00.02
Flash 100001-000000-7

Computer-

Pentium 4 Windows XP 32

CPS Versions im using

5.16 and 6.04

I connect my RIB Box to the Computer, Connect the Cable to the Radio, Turn on the Box and radio.

Run the CPS... The cps Attempts to read, Data Light on RIB flashes and then the CPS says CANNOT READ RADIO

CHECK CONNECTION... and all that...

Wrong CPS. The last release of Astro Saber / XTS3000 CPS was R05.03, and the versions you listed are way out in left field, and not even close for the Astro series.
