What radios do you own?: APX7000, XTS5000

I manually made mine via Text Aloud and then converted to correct format output via Adobe Soundbooth.

You may have to create them on your own. This can be done using a text to speech program and then saving the voice file. Att text to speech comes to mind. Read the help files on your RSS and it will tell you what format the file needs to be in I think it is 8bit mono but not sure.

Is there something that needs to be enabled specifically in the flash code? Because I have a 7000 which doesn't have anything explicitly listed in the flashcode decoding and that has (built-in, I assume?) voice announcement and preloaded files.

OK, I solved this. I can't believe the MVA files were right there all along...right under my nose. I found them in:
C:\ProgramData\Motorola\ApxFamilyCPS\Common\VoiceAnnouncementMvaFiles

I loaded them into CPS and was able to assign them to the desired settings. Worked perfect!
