XTS5000 Upgrading Needed

I need to get my radio retuned for narrowband. A few channels aren't quite coming in as good as they should since they went narrowband and I'm thinking my radio needs to be retuned to narrowband. It worked great for everything on wideband, so I'm hoping that a quick retuning will fix that. I also would like the firmware bumped up from what I currently have, either 11 or 12. I can't go too high since I don't want to lose wideband in the radio. And I'm also looking to add ADP software encryption and voting scan. I'm in North Jersey and the local dealers don't want my business at all it seems, since nobody is responding to me at all. Thanks.

You won't loose wideband going with current firmware. That is a myth.
