Patchmaster 200 DTMF codes

Hi all, does anyone have the DTMF telephone programming codes for this controller? it was programmed about 4 years ago and now the repeater is ready to go up on the hill and the instruction book for programming the Patchmaster controller has been lost. and most of us are over 50 and cant remember the codes, the ID needs to be changed. any help really appreciated. thank you.
