CDM1550 LS+ not able to program

Post by aerosox »

I'm using the 5 in 1 Motorola Programming cable to program the CDM1550 LS+ and CPS software used is Waris R06.12.05.

Problem is it kept prompt that "Could not open port, Check whether the Device/RIB are powered on or not....." but i manage to read and write all my handhelds with the same cable (GP338/GP338Plus/HT1250/GP638Plus/GP328/GP328Plus)

What radios do you own?: CDM's, CP's, CM's, and more

The same cable? Those are all portable radios and use a cable that connects on the remote mic connector. The CDM's need a cable that has an RJ45 or RJ50 on the radio end to plug into the mic connector.
