hello there i have a motorola xts3000 model 2 uhf 403-470 its has a fail 01/92 i try reloading the codepulg in to it nuthn happens bring it back to the error 01/92 i was told i need a s record to bright her back to life can any one help me out with this. its a nice gal and have a digal flash what i been looking for i have the codeplug to it be for it want in to the error the radio reeds and wright fine jest the error thanks wes

Your should try and read the radio with the Tuner CPS and if successful record your tuning values.

jamming another S-Record in there will overwrite the tuning values and the serial number of your XTS

You may not be able to just write you existing code plug to the Radio if the S-Record's model and flash are to different.
