CDM Question Signalink USB Interface

· Is the External Speaker audio from pin 1 & 16 of the accessory connector push/pull (balanced)? Or is it tied to ground? (transformer needed)

· Also, does the pin-3 PTT line just needs to be pulled to ground to transmit?

Do not ground the audio pins or you will blow the audio amp.

Yes, ground pin 3 for PTT.

Take the RX audio from the Filtered Audio pin, this is unbalanced and line level. It also is not affected by the volume control.

Be sure to set which mic input is used with PTT on Pin 3.
